Gerald Baty, JD, CPA

CEO

Mr. Baty is the CEO of StitchLock, and has over 20 years’ experience in the initiation, funding, development and commercialization of biopharmaceutical and medical device products.  Mr. Baty is also a Partner with Newport LLC, providing C-level advisory services to middle-market companies in the areas of event/transaction readiness, management and other transformational events either through a pure advisory role or as an interim or fractional executive.  In addition, Mr. Baty has co- founded or led several companies during their early development, including Brazos Biomedical, a medical device company where he is currently the CEO, Emerald Mobility, a private aviation service, Lantern UAS, a drone-based ESG monitoring company, and Paciolus Group, a DHS IT personnel contractor.  Mr. Baty also serves as Chairman of the Board and Compensation Committee member for Seraxis Holdings, a company focused on curing Type 1 diabetes; member of the Houston Symphony Audit Committee; and member of the Lighthouse for Students Board of Directors.  Prior to StitchLock , Mr. Baty was the CEO of SafeTech USA, Inc., a nation-wide aviation safety equipment company, which he sold in a Private Equity- backed strategic transaction.  Following the sale, he ran the consolidated U.S. operation for two years.  Prior to SafeTech, Mr. Baty served as CFO for several development-stage companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.  Mr. Baty holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law, an M.B.A. from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He is a licensed CPA in Texas and is licensed to practice law in New York.

Clayton Moliver, M.D.

Founder, Chairman

Dr. Clayton Moliver, M.D., F.A.C.S. is the founder and chairman of StitchLock™ and is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Houston and Webster, TX. Dr. Moliver started his practice, Houston Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, in 1992 and devoted his early years to a mixture of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.  For the past 15 years, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to cosmetic surgery, with most patients coming to him as patient referrals, including those who have undergone surgery elsewhere.  Dr. Moliver received his medical school degree at Texas Tech University School of Medicine, Lubbock, Texas.  He completed his six years of general surgery residency at Texas Tech Regional Academic Health Science Center, El Paso, Texas, from 1984-1990, serving as Chief Resident, 1989-90.  He completed his plastic surgery residency at St. Joseph Hospital, Houston, Texas, from 1990-1992. During that time, he trained with world-renowned plastic surgeons, including the inventor of the breast implant, Dr. Thomas Cronin, and the past Editor-in-Chief of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (the official journal of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), Dr. Thomas M. Biggs. Dr Moliver also found time to be a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves Medical Corps from which he retired.  Dr. Moliver is Board Certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, he is a Fellow at the American College of Surgeons and, in March, 2011, accepted a position at The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas as Clinical Professor, Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Moliver is a member of over a dozen professional organizations of surgeons and plastic surgeons and supports over 30 local and national charities through his extensive philanthropic activities.

Theodoros Voloyiannis, M.D., FACS, FASCRS

Dr. Ted Voloyiannis is a colon and rectal surgeon in the Houston area and is the chairman of colon and rectal surgery for The U.S. Oncology Network.  Dr.
Voloyiannis is also an active leader in the community and holds positions as the chairman and national surveyor of the National Accredited Program for Rectal Cancer, and physician liaison for the Commission of Cancer at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake Hospital.  In addition, he serves as the HCA Houston Healthcare gulf coast division medical director of oncologic surgery.  Dr. Voloyiannis received his Medical Doctorate from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School, Thessaloniki, Greece.  He subsequently completed his internship and residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas and his fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston Texas.

Mahesh Ramchandani M.D., FRCS, FACS

Dr. Ramchandani is currently the chief, section of cardiac surgery Houston
Methodist Hospital System.  Dr. Ramchandani obtained his medical degree from the University of Cambridge (Downing College) in England, with general surgery training completed at St. Bartholome Hospital in London.  Dr. Ramchandani was named as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1987, followed by vascular and cardiothoracic surgery training, under Dr. Michael DeBakey in Houston.  Dr. Ramchandani’s practice in Houston, focused on minimally invasive techniques for cardiac and thoracic surgery, has made him a leader in the field.  In addition, he was instrumental in launching cardiac surgery programs at four of the satellite hospitals in the Houston Methodist system and he continues to oversee these programs as vice chair for cardiovascular surgery in the Houston Methodist System.  Dr. Ramchandani hosts the Re-Evolution Summit each spring, which focuses on
advanced techniques in minimally invasive cardiac surgery (MICS) and attracts thought leaders and visionaries in the field of MICS from around the world. Dr. Ramchandani’s research interests include various aspects of MICS and he is actively engaged in trials of new transcatheter devices for aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valves. Dr. Ramchandani has an extensive list of publications in well reputed medical journals and is frequently an invited speaker at numerous medical conferences in the U.S. and abroad. 

Mark M. Gittleman, P.E.

Mark M. Gittleman, P.E., is President and CEO of Aegis Aerospace, Inc. Aegis Aerospace is a nation-wide commercial space and lunar exploration company and an experienced, well-respected DoD and NASA engineering services contractor.  Aegis Aerospace was formed in 2021 through the merger of MEI Technologies (MEIT) and Alpha Space Test & Research Alliance, where Mr. Gittleman was the President & CEO.  Before Alpha Space, Mr. Gittleman was Executive Vice President for Intuitive Machines (IM), a product development think tank and spacecraft development company.  Prior to IM he was a long time P&L executive with Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII).  While at Oceaneering he led a variety of engineering/manufacturing and product development business units including its deepwater controls businesses and Oceaneering Space Systems.  In his various roles, Mr. Gittleman successfully developed numerous high-specification products in the space, deep water, and biotech industries and was a co-inventor of a robotic protein crystallography system, US Patent #6,417,007 B1.  Mr. Gittleman serves on several advisory boards including the Subsea Valley Technology Cluster in Oslo, Norway; the University of Houston, Clear Lake College of Science and Engineering; and Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership.  He holds a BS in Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, a BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, and a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
